Mr. Roth is also the principal stockholder in several successful manufacturing companies. Over the years Mr. Roth has personally been involved in over 200 transactions with values exceeding $1 billion, including Eurodollar, lease, public, industrial revenue bond and federal financings and restructures. 

 

Mr. Roth’s prior experience includes seven years with Arthur Andersen & Co. and ten years as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Instrument Systems Corporation, now Griffon Corp. (a New York Stock Exchange company). In addition to being on the Board of Directors of North American Capital Corp., Mr. Roth is Chairman of Royal-Pioneer Industries, Inc., Director of GPC International, Inc., Director of Hollis Corporation, and  Director and Vice Chairman (non-executive) of Delta & Pine Land Company (a New York Stock Exchange company). He was also formerly a Director of Polaroid Holding Company, and Chairman of the Unsecured Creditors Committee of Primary PDC, Inc. (formerly Polaroid Corporation).

 

Mr. Roth is a graduate of New York University with an MBA from the NYU Graduate School of Business, and is a CPA.
